A Century of Pharmaceutical Innovation, our client's legacy dates back to 1913 when visionary doctors united to change the world. Pioneering groundbreaking drugs like penicillin and playing a pivotal role in Covid-19 vaccine innovation, they've shaped global healthcare.

Background

Running hundreds of product-related events across Australia, our client has to navigate corporate policies and government regulations to organize a successful event. Traditionally, these events were managed individually, causing inefficiencies and limiting continuous learning. To update their processes, our client designed an internal digital service, crafted together with Human-Centered Design partner, Wave Design.

Approach

Coredo joined the team to analyze the technical aspect and facilitate an effective Request for Proposal (RFP). We evaluated the design from a technical perspective, surveyed the market for potential solutions, and determined whether a bespoke or existing solution was ideal. Crafting a successful RFP required translating vision into a format that tech companies could respond to effectively.

We identified a potential low-code platform to support the vision while a bespoke solution was most likely path to go. Selected vendors, including trusted software development partners, were invited to the proposal stage.

Outcomes

The RFP process streamlined partner selection and project initiation, earning acclaim for its success. Collaboration between our client's team, Wave Design, and Coredo's technical architects was pivotal. This process showcased our ability to grasp business requirements, transform them into a technically comprehensible format, and generate compelling proposals for our client.
